What To Include In Your Application
Downloaded from above, printed, completed and signed in Capital Letters with a black pen and sent back to Travcour
Original plus one full page copy of the passport ID page.
It must be valid for at least the next 6 months when you apply for the visa, with at least two blank pages remaining. The passport should be in acceptable condition. If not there is a chance your application would be rejected.
2 x passport photos. The photo. should be (45mm x 35mm) taken against a white background (the background must be white!). If you cannot get a photo yourself then we can print one for you from a digital copy.
Flight booking confirmation. If you are travelling overland, please supply your flights and a copy of your full itinerary.
Letter explaining your purpose of travel.
Invitation from a Rwandan host with a copy of their passport or hotel booking confirmation.
In rare cases bank statements can be requested.

The form is in PDF format. When you have downloaded the form, please print it out and fill it in by pen. Kindly ensure all the fields of the visa application form are completely filled before submitting. If a question does not apply, please put ‘N/A’. You must fill in the form with black ink and using BLOCK CAPITALS.
The following nationals DO NOT require a visa:
For stays of up to 90 days to nationals of: Congo DR, Hong Kong, Philippines, Mauritius & Singapore.
A 6 month visitor pass will be issued on arrival free of charge to nationals of: Kenya & Uganda
Required by all except those as noted above and those continuing their journey to another country on the same day
Compulsory vaccinations: Yellow fever certificate required by all. Infants under 1 year are exempt.
Recommended immunisations: Cholera, Diphtheria, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Malaria, Meningitis, Polio, TB, Tetanus, Typhoid & Yellow Fever.
