Fill In The Form

Send Us The Form
Send the application along with any additional documents mentioned on the form. It is best to post it using a secure service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or another courier company.

Passport, valid for a minimum of 6 months at the time of travel, with 2 blank facing pages.
2 passport-type photos, taken within the last 6 months, attached to the application form.The back of each photo must have the applicant's name printed on it in capitals, and be signed by the applicant.
1 digital passport type photo, taken against a white background in the last 6 months, in JPEG or PNG format only with a file size of 200 px x 450 px.
invitation letter from host in Nigeria addressed to the Nigeria High Commission, London, accepting full immigration responsibility for the visit, accompanied by a copy of the host's passport/residence permit.
Hotel booking showing applicant's name and covering the whole period of stay in Nigeria.
Copy of flight bookings.
Evidence of sufficient funds, which must be in the form of a bank statement no more than 30 days old showing a credit balance of at least £500. Please note that overdraft limits are not taken into account.
Nigeria Immigration Service Visa Payment Receipt and Visa Acknowledgement Receipt.
Letter from applicant stating the purpose of the visit, and giving a complete itinerary for the entire duration of the visit. The letter must be typed, and addressed to the Nigeria High Commission, London.
