Send Us The Form
Send the application along with any additional documents mentioned on the form. It is best to post it using a secure service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or another courier company.

Four copies of offer Letter of Employment.
Four copies of Letter of Acceptance of employment, signed by expatriate
Letter from the Nigerian employer requesting the STR be issued, addressed to the Visa Section, Nigerian High
Commission, London, stating the applicant's full name and accepting full immigration responsibilities.
Applicant's CV.
Originals of professional qualification certificates. Only the most relevant 2 or 3 needs be included.
Professional qualification certificates (one of each original provided at 3. above).
Four copies of letter of Expatriate Quota Approval from Ministry of Interior.
Four copies of credentials, certificates and curriculum vitae, all vetted by a relevant official of Nigerian High Commission/Embassy (English Certified translated copy where applicable).
Nigeria Immigration Service Visa Payment Receipt and Visa Acknowledgement Receipt
Certified true copy of Approved Expatriate Quota, stamped and signed by the Ministry of Interior, with a minimum
6 months validity and a position matching that in the offer, acceptance and contract.
Any other documents in support of the application (if required).
Letter containing the offer of appointment.
Letter accepting the offer of appointment.
