Fill In The Form
Print out and begin filling in the form with a black pen. If you have any questions regarding the form, please call us for advice free of charge. We are more than happy to help you.
Send Us The Form
Send the application along with any additional documents mentioned on the form. It is best to post it using a secure service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or another courier company.
What To Include In Your Application
Downloaded from above, printed, completed and signed in Capital Letters with a black pen and sent back to Travcour
Original plus 1 full page copy of the passport ID page.
It must be valid for at least the next 6 months when you apply for the visa, with at least two blank pages remaining. The passport should be in acceptable condition. If not there is a chance your application would be rejected.
2 x passport photos. The photos should be (45mm x 35mm) taken against a white background (the background must be white!). If you cannot get a photo yourself then we can print one for you from a digital copy

For stays of up to 30 days to nationals of: Botswana, Malawi, Mauritius, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania, Zambia & Zimbabwe
Visitors must hold confirmed return or onward tickets and sufficient funds for maintenance during their stay
Compulsory vaccinations: Yellow fever certificate if arriving from infected areas. Infants under 1 year are exempt.
Recommended immunisations: Cholera, Diphtheria, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Malaria, Meningitis, Polio, TB, Tetanus & Typhoid.
Risks: Malaria exists all year throughout the country. Rabies.
The coastal lowlands are hot for most of the year and the interior plateaux and hills are warm even in the cooler season between Apr-Sep. There is a single rain season between Dec-Mar which is slightly longer in the north of the country. Temperatures on the coast and in some lowland areas can be rather oppressive due to the high humidity during the rain season
