Fill In The Form
Print out and begin filling in the form with a black pen. If you have any questions regarding the form, please call us for advice free of charge. We are more than happy to help you.
Send Us The Form
Send the application along with any additional documents mentioned on the form. It is best to post it using a secure service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or another courier company.
What To Include In Your Application
Downloaded from above, printed, completed and signed in Capital Letters with a black pen and sent back to Travcour
Original plus 1 full page copy of the passport ID page.
It must be valid for at least the next 6 months when you apply for the visa, with at least two blank pages remaining. The passport should be in acceptable condition. If not there is a chance your application would be rejected.
2 x passport photos. The photos should be (45mm x 35mm) taken against a white background (the background must be white!). If you cannot get a photo yourself then we can print one for you from a digital copy.
Copy of yellow fever certificate.
The embassy may also request a copy of your itinerary.

Liberia, Benin, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Cote d'Ivoire, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone & Togo
Required by all except those as noted above and those continuing their journey to a third country, via Roberts International Airport, Monrovia within 48 hours, provided holding confirmed tickets & documents for the next destination
Compulsory vaccinations: Yellow fever certificate required by all. Infants under 1 year are exempt.
Recommended immunisations: Cholera, Diphtheria, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Meningitis, Polio, TB, Tetanus, Typhoid & Yellow Fever.
