What To Include In Your Application
Downloaded from above, printed, completed and signed in Capital Letters with a black pen and sent back to Travcour
Original plus 1 full page copy of the passport ID page.
It must be valid for at least the next 6 months when you apply for the visa, with at least two blank pages remaining. The passport should be in acceptable condition. If not there is a chance your application would be rejected.
2 x passport photos. The photos should be (45mm x 35mm) taken against a white background (the background must be white!). If you cannot get a photo yourself then we can print one for you from a digital copy
UK employing company guarantee letter – this must confirm that all expenses will be paid by the employer.
Invitation letter from Gabonese company confirming full purpose of the business trip and validity being requested.
Hotel confirmation that must be signed by the hotel manager.
Flight booking confirmation.
One recent utlity bill showing your address.
One utility bill issued in the last 3 months to a UK address.
Copy of yellow fever certificate.
For non UK nationals, resident card or UK residence visa.

Transit visas for Gabon are required by all except those continuing their journey to a third country by the same or first connecting aircraft within 24 hour provided holding confirmed reservations and documents for their onward journey
Compulsory vaccinations: Yellow fever certificate required by all. Infants under 1 year are exempt.
