Downloaded from above, printed, completed and signed in Capital Letters with a black pen and sent back to Travcour
It must be valid for at least the next 6 months when you apply for the visa, with at least two blank pages remaining. The passport should be in acceptable condition. If not there is a chance your application would be rejected.
3 X passport photos. The photos should be (45mm x 35mm) taken against a white background (the background must be white!). If you cannot get a photo yourself then we can print one for you from a digital copy.
Hotel confirmation or invitation and passport copy from relative/friend in Equatorial Guinea.
Flight booking confirmation.
Must show a minimum of £2000.00.
Non UK nationals must provide UK residency visa/card and a utility bill to confirm residency in the UK.
