Send Us The Form
Send the application along with any additional documents mentioned on the form. It is best to post it using a secure service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or another courier company.
What To Include In Your Application
Downloaded from above, printed, completed and signed in Capital Letters with a black pen and sent back to Travcour
Original plus one full page copy of the ID page.
It must be valid for at least the next 6 months when you apply for the visa, with at least two blank pages remaining. The passport should be in acceptable condition. If not there is a chance your application would be rejected.
The photo should be (45mm x 35mm) taken against a white background (the background must be white!). If you cannot get a photo yourself then we can print one for you from a digital copy.
Guarantee letter from employing company. Please provide 2 copies of this.
Note that you will only be granted the validity requested on your invitation. Please provide 2 copies of this.
Hotel confirmation or proof of stay.
Flight booking confirmation.
Copy of yellow fever certificate.

The following nationals can obtain a visa on arrival for Congo Brazzaville:
Benin, Burkina Faso, Cote D'Ivoire, Mauritania, Morocco, Niger. Senegal & Togo.
Congo transit visas are required by all except those as noted above and those continuing their journey to a third country by the same aircraft without leaving the airport, provided holding onward/return tickets
Yellow fever certificate is required by all except infants under 1 year. We also recommended that travellers making 3 or more visits per year, stays of more than 3 months in a rural area, high-risk occupational groups & backpackers staying more than 1 month have the following up to date immunisations: Cholera, Diphtheria, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Malaria, Meningitis, Polio, TB, Tetanus, Typhoid & Yellow Fever.

Temperatures & humidity can be high throughout the year. Heavy rain falls in the more northerly regions from Jan-May & Oct-Dec. In the south rainfall is lower & on the coast well distributed throughout the year with a distinct dry season between Jun-Sep.
