Send Us The Form
Send the application along with any additional documents mentioned on the form. It is best to post it using a secure service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or another courier company.
What To Include In Your Application

It must be valid for at least the next 6 months when you apply for the visa, with at least two blank pages remaining. The passport should be in acceptable condition. If not there is a chance your application would be rejected.
2 x passport photos. The photo should be (45mm x 35mm) taken against a white background (the background must be white!). If you cannot get a photo yourself then we can print one for you from a digital copy.

The following nationals DO NOT require a visa for Chad: Burkina-Faso, Cameroon, Republic of Central Africa, Congo (Republic), Cote D'Ivoire, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Togo & UAE.
Visas can be obtained on arrival by the following nationals; Benin
Chad transit visas are required by all except those as noted above and those continuing their journey to a third country within 48 hours by the same or first connecting aircraft without leaving the airport, provided holding confirmed tickets & documentation
(Compulsory vaccinations:) Yellow fever certificate required by all. It is also recommended that travellers making 3 or more visits per year, stays of more than 3 months in a rural area, high-risk occupational groups & backpackers staying more than 1 month have the following up to date immunisations: Cholera, diphtheria, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, malaria, meningitis, polio, TB, tetanus & typhoid.
Malaria exists all year throughout the country.
