Send Us The Form
Send the application along with any additional documents mentioned on the form. It is best to post it using a secure service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or another courier company.
What To Include In Your Application

It must be valid for at least the next 6 months when you apply for the visa, with at least two blank pages remaining. The passport should be in acceptable condition. If not there is a chance your application would be rejected.
2 x Passport photos. The photos should be (45mm x 35mm) taken against a white background (the background must be white!). If you cannot get a photo yourself then we can print one for you from a digital copy.
Letter of guarantee from employer in UK.
Letter of invitation from company in Burundi.
You must show proof of where you will be staying, either with hotel bookings or if you are staying with friends or family, an invitation letter.
booking confirmation showing entry and exit from China. If you are applying for a double entry visa then all flights must be accounted for.
A copy of your Yellow Fever Certificate.

Transit visas for Burundi are required by all except those continuing their journey to a third country without leaving the airport
